The Spring Scouts organization will aim to provide the Spring Community a scouting program focused on youth development, leadership development, nurturing as well as strengthening the moral and ethical fiber of and within our youth, and promoting a Positive Face of Islam through organized external networks and events.

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
